"Protrusion" at the Hanson Gallery, Honesdale, PA




This carved ceramic sculpture was recently exhibited in October-November 2010 at the Hanson Gallery during their show called Autumn Marvels. Naomi has shown several works in three different group shows this fall in this gallery. The sculpture is a wall piece and is 11 L. 6W. 6.5 Deep (inches) and was created in 2009.

Ancient Morphons at the Greene County Council on the Arts


Inspired by primordial sea creatures and their fossilized forms and textures Naomi Teppich has had a solo exhibit of her sculptures and drawings at the Council in Catskill, NY. The exhibit ran from Saturday August, 21 through Saturday, Oct. 9, 2010.
The sculptures are ceramic, some fired in an anagama kiln and some in an electric kiln. Along with these works are mixed media drawings.

Ocotillo Patch


"Ocotillo Patch" is a collaborative sculpture made by Naomi Teppich and Martin Springhetti recently shown at
Bridge Gardens, The Peconic Trust, Bridgehampton, L.I. The sculpture is made of Steel Rebar, Expanded Metal flowers, Colored Cement, and Enamel. This sculpture was first shown at The BWAC outdoor sculpture show in the Brooklyn, NY in summer 2009, later at the Campus of Summit HS, Summit , NJ during the fall 2009 thru the spring of 2010. The sculpture won a Puffin Foundation environmental Grant in 2009.
